May Kirsten

Kirsten is our special seven year old. She has inspired our family by teaching us to enjoy the simple things, not to worry about things you can't change, and most importantly, helping us to choose people worth having in our lives; people that are empathetic, compassionate, sincere and accepting. The people that Kirsten has really taken to have all touched our lives in very special ways. I recently read "that every society is judged by how it treats its least fortunate amongst us." Kirsten may have differences, but she also has hopes, dreams, imagination, creativity, a sense of humor and a smile that touches your heart.
